The building located at 57 West South Temple, which was not part of the City Creek redevelopment, has come to the end of its useful life and will be demolished. The demolition will be conducted in collaboration with the neighboring community and businesses. Property Reserve has no immediate plans for replacing the building and the site will leveled off.

SITE ACTIVITY FROM 11/14/25 to 1/2/26

Please be advised that limited site activity will take place during the period from mid-November thru the New Year. This limited activity includes Masonry, Framing and Below Grade Waterproofing. The sidewalk will remain open during this time. Starting on January 2nd. The sidewalk will again be closed.
