The building located at 57 West South Temple, which was not part of the City Creek redevelopment, has come to the end of its useful life and will be demolished. The demolition will be conducted in collaboration with the neighboring community and businesses. Property Reserve has no immediate plans for replacing the building and the site will leveled off.

Please be advised that as demolition progresses beyond the roof and penthouse levels, surrounding areas may experience an increase in noise levels due to the demolition of concrete slabs. This phase of work is expected to continue through September.

SATURDAY WORK NOTICE
Please be advised that demolition work is planned to happen this Saturday June 7th, during normal working hours. Please expect normal demolition activities. The demolition contractor will limit demolition equipment noise.
